Excellent hospitality, despite limited English spoken by staff. . Underrated and undermarketed cuisine, which is above ryokan standard and comparable to fine dining restaurants. Serene and quiet location, away from the crowded street. Large rooms with tatami, style floors and private outside baths. Friendly and attentive staff, who went above and beyond by offering to drive guests to the train station.
Limited English spoken by staff may pose challenges for non, Japanese, speaking guests. . Small and ordinary public bath.

The traditional look of the ryokan and the friendly staff were the best aspects of the stay. It offered private onsen baths and the location was slightly away from the crowded street.
Navigating through the little alleyways to find the ryokan was the worst aspect. It was not easy to find and caused confusion.

This ryokan is tucked away from the busy streets, ensuring a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the rooms are spacious, with traditional tatami flooring, and some even have their own private outdoor onsen. the friendly and attentive staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, even offering a complimentary drive to the train station. the delicious multi-course dinner and exquisite Japanese breakfast are definite highlights.
It can be a bit challenging to find the ryokan due to its location on the outskirts.
